THERE IS MORE

Healing, Presence and Coming Home to Ourselves

An afternoon exploring how the wisdom of Gurbani can help us experience greater peace, freedom and love in everyday life.

Drawing on themes from The Path Back to Love we’ll explore why so many of us struggle to experience what Gurbani points us towards, and how Naam, presence and understanding ourselves can help us begin living it.

Talks, Retreats
and Conversations

I speak on the intersection of psychology, contemplative practice, and spiritual wisdom, drawing particularly on Sikh thought, nervous system understanding, and lived experience.

My work explores the deeper patterns beneath suffering, relationships, identity, and the restless movement of the mind, and what becomes possible when we begin relating to ourselves differently.

Whether through talks, workshops, interviews, or retreats, my intention is not simply to inform, but to create space for reflection, insight, and meaningful conversation.

Living with greater depth and clarity

If you would like to invite me to speak at your event, retreat, organisation, or community gathering, I would be very happy to hear from you.

The Sikh Spirituality Network

I am co-founder of the Sikh Spirituality Network, a growing community rooted in contemplative practice, reflection, and Sikh wisdom.

Through retreats, events, and shared spaces of learning, we explore how Gurbani and psychological understanding can be lived within ordinary life and relationships.

Our work is grounded in the belief that lasting change often happens quietly, through gentle and consistent return over time.
