Speaking
I speak on the intersection of psychology, contemplative practice, and spiritual wisdom, drawing particularly on Sikh thought, nervous system understanding, and lived experience.
My work explores the deeper patterns beneath suffering, relationships, identity, and the restless movement of the mind — and what becomes possible when we begin relating to ourselves differently.
Whether through talks, workshops, interviews, or retreats, my intention is not simply to inform, but to create space for reflection, insight, and meaningful conversation.

I have spoken for a range of organisations and communities on topics including:
Relationships and emotional life
Psychology and contemplative practice
Identity, meaning, and emotional wellbeing
Gurbani, presence and inner transformation
Living with greater depth and clarity
If you would like to invite me to speak at your event, retreat, organisation, or community gathering, I would be very happy to hear from you.
The Sikh Spirituality Network
I am co-founder of the Sikh Spirituality Network, a growing community rooted in contemplative practice, reflection, and Sikh wisdom.
Through retreats, events, and shared spaces of learning, we explore how Gurbani and psychological understanding can be lived within ordinary life and relationships.
Our work is grounded in the belief that lasting change often happens quietly, through gentle and consistent return over time.
