How I Can Help
Sometimes we know exactly what we’re struggling with. Sometimes we only know that something doesn't feel right.

Individual Therapy
I work with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and periods of emotional struggle.
I also work with those exploring questions of meaning, identity, purpose, purpose, and that sense that something in life no longer feels aligned.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, and begin relating to yourself and your life differently.
Relationships and Couples Work
Relationships can be one of the most powerful mirrors we have. They show us where we are growing, where we are stuck, and what we are yet to understand about ourselves.
I work with couples and individuals navigating relationship difficulties, and this work sits at the heart of both my clinical practice and my writing.
Children and Young People
I work with children, young people and families, particularly within South Asian and Sikh communities navigating cultural and intergenerational dynamics.
Many families value working with someone who understands the complexity of balancing different worlds, expectations and identities.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for practitioners, including those working with spiritual or Sikh clients, or those interested in integrating contemplative and spiritual perspectives into clinical work.

How I Work
My work draws on evidence-based psychological approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-informed and nervous system-based work, alongside developments in neuroscience and mind-body understanding.
Alongside this, my work is also shaped by contemplative and meditative traditions — a quieter thread that runs gently through everything I do.
Sessions are available online, by telephone, and in person.
